Contemporary cultural venue opened in 2003 on the site of the former São João bullring, designed to host performances, exhibitions, conferences and cultural activities.
Azzy’s story
Where a bullring once stood, one of Angra do Heroísmo's main cultural venues was created. Since 2003, the centre has hosted concerts, theatre, exhibitions and events that continue to bring the city to life.
