Azzy’s story

Lidador travelled between the Azores and Brazil when it was caught by strong south-easterly winds. After striking a shoal, it lost manoeuvrability and eventually sank beside Cais da Figueirinha. Today, its remains are part of Angra Bay's Underwater Archaeological Park.
