Azzy’s story
Palacete Silveira e Paulo was commissioned by João Jorge da Silveira e Paulo, who made his fortune in the cocoa trade in São Tomé. It later served as a school and still stands out today as one of Angra do Heroísmo's most elegant civic buildings.
